Decent set,
I bought for my mid 2012 13 inch MacBook pro unibody.
Opened backlid easily, and I was able to upgrade Ram and HDD to SSD easily using this set. Tweezers come in handy to remove the chunks of dust in the fan vent, spudger helps remove delicate wire attachments without damaging them.
All that is missing is the tri-wing Y0 Screwdriver which you need in order to loosen the screws that hold the MCP battery in place. You could jigger it with the flathead, but that slightly damages the screwheads. Still gets it done though.
The part about the plastic covering turning instead of the screwdriver that is mentioned in several other reviews is completely true. It happens in the very tight screws. I’m hoping a little feviquick will solve that.
Overall, value for money, metal isn’t cheap where it is ruined after a few screws- seems durable. I was also convinced to buy due to the angled tweezer.
