More quantity for less price and is good for smd work, melts at a lower temperature than traditional flux and doesn’t leave too much residue…. Almost like a no clean flux.
One thing people have to understand is that this thing has very less rosin content so the soldering process will be tedious with older components like an old copper wire or ground plane which has been oxidised, this flux cannot clean that effectively, I mean it works a little bit but not as good as local Rs 10 flux or rma flux, its a trade off, no clean easy removal flux against high rosin messy flux but for new components or smd reflow this flux works like a charm.
